Currently, Mr. Nibley is the Chairman and CEO of Marsteller, the successful New York-based advertising, interactive and promotions arm of Burson-Marsteller. Previously, he served as CEO of GetMusic LLC, the online music and media company backed by BMG and the Universal Music Group; and as President of Reuters New Media.

Allan Klepfisz, Brilliant president and CEO, commented: "Every element of Qtrax's development and roll-out is of the utmost importance to us, especially the revenue-generating advertising component.
