ALLAN KLEPFISZ - CEO & Chairman Brilliant and LTDnetwork (New York, Brilliant Office)

Allan Klepfisz is the founder and executive chairman of Advantage Australia Group Pty Ltd. This high profile company has attracted the participation of many of Australia's largest corporations, as well as praise from all the major Australian political parties and unions in a rare display of political consensus. Allan is recognized in the Australian business community as a highly innovative marketing strategist and has extensive experience in establishing new ventures in areas as diverse as the restaurant, textile, chemical and marketing industries. Allan is a founding shareholder of LTDnetwork.

RICK RICCOBONO - (New York, Brilliant Office)

Rick Riccobono is a rights expert and pioneer in digital distribution starting with his tenure at Supertacks (a precursor to iTunes) through the development and implementation of soon to be launched fully licensed first legal ad supported P2P music network, QTRAX. Riccobono is also integrally involved in establishing entertainment media licensing agreements in the US and the international market for a number of new mobile entertainment and digital distribution products. Riccobono has represented or currently represents Groove Mobile, QMobile, Audible Magic, Mobile Media Now, M-Wise, SK Wireless/WiderThan, Napster, and Fortune 500 companies VivendiUniversal (VuNet), Sun Microsystems and Philips/Sony Corporate Alliance Group.

CHAI ONG (MBA) - Director Brilliant and LTDnetwork (Melbourne Office)

Chai Ong brings to the Brilliant Technologies and LTDnetwork a wealth of International stock broking and venture capital raising experience. Chai, a qualified accountant with an MBA from Canada, has over 18 years experience in the financial services industry ranging from funds management and providing consultancy services for corporations preparing for an IPO, through to assisting start-ups consolidate initial growth. As a result of his international business experience and sharp business acumen, Chai has been personally responsible for attracting large investments to both new and established dotcom business ventures, nationally and internationally.

ARIE BAALBERGEN - Director Brilliant and LTDnetwork Chief Financial Officer (Melbourne Office)

Arie has had many years of experience in controlling the financial affairs of companies. He was Chief Financial Officer of the then Publicly listed company, Applied Learning Ltd, which was taken over by the Nasdaq listed Smart Force Inc (Nasd: SMTF). Arie specializes in implementing strict control over expenses by the use of detailed operating and financial budgets. Arie is a founding shareholder of
LTDnetwork.
